Our story
The story starts in 2012. Way2Play was originally a spin-off from ‘DeServicetrainer’. It positioned itself as a training provider in customer orientation.
Prompted the experience of disappointing training as a participant in the past, Way2play turned out to be highly effective in combining learning and fun. On top of that, we received additional requests for business game projects that were not ‘customer service related’. We concluded that the market was ready for business games and the game-based learning methodology.

In January 2017 Way2Play was founded by Sven De Clercq who was also the founder of ‘De Servicetrainer’, the sister brand of Way2Play. Luk De Clerck joined the business.
In the past five years, more than 400 business games have been played with over 5000 trainees of all ages and kinds, most often in large-sized companies in the service industry (insurance companies, banks, telecom companies, utility companies, payroll administrative companies) and in the social non-profit industry.
After the success of Way2Play Belgium, we decided to take it to the next level with Els as co-founder and franchise manager. In October 2019 we started to prepare to spread the word and began to look for franchisees who share the same passion for game based learning.
